CLINICAL TRIAL VENDOR MANAGER
Role Description
This is a contract-based, fully remote position for a Trial Vendor Manager. The Trial Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing vendor selection and relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring successful contract management for clinical research projects. Daily tasks will involve organizing agreements, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, analyzing data related to vendor performance, and maintaining efficient procurement operations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for evaluating vendor performance and assessing cost-efficiency
Proficiency in contract negotiation and procurement processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships
Experience in contract management, including drafting and maintaining agreements
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in clinical research-related vendor management is a plus
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in clinical trials is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
