PROJECT LEAD

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Project Lead for a remote contract role. The Project Lead will manage clinical research projects, oversee project timelines, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams. This individual will also be responsible for risk management, resource allocation, and fostering communication to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects
Experience with cross-functional team coordination and effective communication
Familiarity with clinical trials, data management, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
Risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
Previous experience in clinical research or life sciences is highly beneficial
