SENIOR DATA MANAGER LEAD

Role Description

This is a remote, contract role as a Senior Data Manager Lead, responsible for overseeing data management operations for clinical trials and research studies. Key tasks include designing and implementing data management plans, ensuring the quality and completeness of clinical data, and leading a team of data management professionals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving data-related issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in designing and executing Data Management Plans (DMP), ensuring data quality, and using electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills to manage and mentor data management teams effectively.
Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and clinical trial processes.
Ability to identify data discrepancies, perform quality checks, and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) and other data analysis tools is a plus.
Experience with clinical research in healthcare or pharmaceutical domains is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Data Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
