DATA MANAGER LEAD II

Role Description

The Data Manager Lead II is a contract, remote role responsible for overseeing the development and management of databases that support clinical research studies. The role includes designing and implementing data management plans, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, coordinating with research teams, monitoring data collection processes, and adhering to regulatory standards. This position will involve leading a team of data management professionals and collaborating with researchers and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Data Management, Database Development, and Data Analysis
Proficiency in Data Integrity and Regulatory Compliance
Experience with Clinical Research, Protocol Review, and Study Design
Knowledge of Statistical Methods and Data Validation
Competency in Project Management and Team Leadership
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Clinical Research, or a related field
Familiarity with database management software and tools such as SAS, R, or SQL is a plus
